Class Schedule

My class workouts involve functional, innovative and energetic circuit training and providing effective strategies for body-fat reduction and weight loss. High-quality integrated training will train your body to be strong and healthful, balanced and stable, and will help you build muscle, burn calories and rapidly increase strength and endurance. My focus is to provide YOU with effective exercises in a fun format, eliminating boredom and inconsistent exercise habits all the while being in a safe and positive environment.

Useful tips for all classes:

Please arrive 10 minutes early, no earlier due to other classes in session. This will allow you to get settled and signed in. Class will start promptly at the schedule time and I want to be sure you receive a proper warm up. Don't forget to bring your stability ball, mat, towel, band(s), weights and a water bottle!
